Principal's Ponder

Thank you for partnering with us during parent-teacher conferences this month. These meetings are a valuable opportunity for families and staff to work together to support each student’s growth and success. We truly appreciate the time you took to connect with your child’s teacher.
Please plan to join us for our PTO meeting on Tuesday at 6:00 PM in the library. We have many exciting events coming up, and we would love your input and participation. Childcare is provided.
A big thank you to our amazing PTO for providing every student with a new book from the book fair this week. We are also grateful to all of our families who supported the book fair—it helps foster a love of reading in our students.
During conferences, we shared a Family Engagement Survey. Thank you to those who were able to complete it. If you have not yet had the chance, the link is included below. Your feedback helps us continue to strengthen communication and collaboration with our families.
Please remember that our doors are always open. If you have questions, concerns, ideas, or simply want to connect, feel free to call or stop by. We value your partnership and appreciate the many ways you support our Columbia Ridge community.
Thank you for your continued support of our school.
Sincerely,
Karla Williams
Principal

American Heart Challenge

Dear Families,

Our Kids Heart Challenge was a success! THANK YOU for your incredible generosity and support in making our community heart healthy while helping others. Click the image below to hear a BIG Thank You from Heart Heroes across the US!

YOU made a difference! 92 students joined our team, 25 families completed Finn’s Mission, and we raised $6,567 for the American Heart Association to help people with special hearts! THANK YOU!

We know how important it is to take care of our hearts year-round, so for additional tips and resources, visit the Parent Corner to keep your family healthy. If you haven’t completed Finn’s Mission yet, you can still log in at http://www2.heart.org/goto/ColumbiaRidge or download the AHA Schools app  to learn Hands-Only CPR, the warning signs of a stroke and more!  Thank you again for your support!

We could use gently used pants in good condition, preferably sweatpants in solid colors, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!
